Who is this page for?

This recognition procedure is intended for candidates who:

  • are enrolled or were enrolled in an undergraduate higher education programme (VS, UN) at another higher education institution in Slovenia or abroad,

  • are enrolled or were enrolled in a university study programme and wish to transfer to NOA,

  • have already passed individual examinations or completed entire academic years and wish to have them recognised upon enrolment at NOA.

If you have completed a higher vocational college (VŠ), please visit the dedicated page For Higher Vocational College Graduates, where the transfer requirements are precisely defined.

How does recognition work?

The recognition procedure is individualised — the scope of recognised ECTS credits and any potential differential examinations depend on the content comparability of the courses you have already completed with the curriculum of the chosen programme at NOA (Management of International Logistics or Sustainable Mobility and Logistics).

Procedure in 3 steps:

  1. Fill in the application form: Application for Recognition of Completed Study Obligations at Another Higher Education Institution

  2. Attach the documentation: transcript of records, course syllabi/descriptions, and a certified enrolment certificate or degree certificate.

  3. Receive the decision: the NOA committee reviews the content compliance and informs you in writing of how many ECTS credits have been recognised and whether additional (differential) examinations are required.
