Entry requirements for enrolment in Year 1
Completed study programme in relevant professional fields, such as business and administration, law, economics, information and communication technologies, security, transport services, or any comparable study programme:

a first-cycle higher education study programme (professional or academic) comprising at least 180 ECTS,
-
a professional higher education study programme adopted before 11 June 2004 (prior to the introduction of the Bologna system), an academic study programme or a specialist study programme following a completed professional higher education degree, adopted before 11 June 2004 (prior to the introduction of the Bologna system).
Eligibility for enrolment for graduates of other professional fields:

graduates who completed a study programme under points 1, 2 and 3 of the preceding paragraph in professional fields other than those defined in the first paragraph are eligible for enrolment,
-
additional study obligations include the following courses:

Fundamentals of Logistics and Sustainable Mobility, and
-
Business Economics.

Transfer to a higher year:
Depending on the scope of recognised obligations from a previous study programme completed in the Republic of Slovenia or abroad, a candidate may enrol in the same or a higher year of the second-cycle study programme Sustainable Mobility and Logistics, provided that the recognised obligations fulfill the transfer requirements laid down by the accredited study programme.

Eligible for direct enrolment into the second year of the second-cycle master's study programme Sustainable Mobility and Logistics are:
From related fields of study:

graduates of study programmes leading to an academic degree or specialization, adopted before 11 June 2004, in the fields of business and administration, law, economics, information and communication technologies, security, transport services, or other comparable professional fields,

candidates meeting the conditions will be required to pass differential examinations in the courses Sustainable Logistics Systems and Strategic Management of Logistics and Transport Processes.
From non-related fields of study:

graduates of study programmes leading to an academic degree or specialization, adopted before 11 June 2004, in other fields of study,

candidates meeting the conditions will be required to pass differential examinations in the courses Sustainable Logistics Systems and Strategic Management of Logistics and Transport Processes.
Recognition of education obtained abroad:

Candidates who have completed equivalent education abroad also fulfill the enrolment requirements. Candidates holding credentials obtained abroad must submit, together with their application for enrolment, an application for the recognition of education for the purpose of continuing education, along with the required evidence.

Programme Delivery & Organisation
The academic year begins in early October and runs until the end of June. Lectures and practical tutorials follow a modular, block-based structure—students take two or three subjects concurrently, followed by dedicated examination periods. This structure allows for in-depth focus on specific thematic areas rather than juggling numerous subjects simultaneously.

How Do Application and Enrolment Work?

Application Submission via the eVŠ Portal
Applications are accepted exclusively via the national eVŠ portal, from mid-February to the end of September. Detailed instructions are available here.

Application Review
After submitting your application, we check whether you meet all entry requirements. If your application is incomplete, we will notify you and allow you to complete it.

Admissions
Upon the deadline for applications, candidates who meet the entry requirements are invited to enrol. The enrolment procedure takes place entirely in a digital format.
Beginning of the Academic Year
In the second half of September, you will gain access to the e-classroom, containing all the information required to start your studies at the beginning of October.
Entry Requirements for Candidates with Foreign Qualifications
1. Scanned certificate/diploma of completed education
We verify the authenticity of the certificate directly with the issuer in the country of origin. If confirmation is not possible, you will be asked to submit the legalised original document.
Without the need for legalisation (Hague Convention): Austria, Bulgaria, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Czechia, France, Greece, Croatia, Hungary, Romania, North Macedonia, Serbia. For all other countries, the legalisation procedure applies in accordance with the Act on Verification of Documents in International Traffic (APOSTILLE stamp or verification through the diplomatic representation of the Republic of Slovenia).
2. A sworn translation of the educational credential into Slovenian or English.
The certificate or diploma of completed education must be sworn translated into Slovenian or English.
3. Evidence of the content and duration of education.
E.g. report cards for all years of upper secondary school) with a sworn translation of the final two years.
4. Chronological overview of education
A brief chronological overview of education. Please state the start and end years of education at each institution. Also provide the address, website, and contact email address for each listed institution.
